What works and why in community-based anti-corruption programs

This AusAID funded research report was undertaken by TI Australia. TI Australia Board Member, Graham Tupper, managed the project which was undertaken by Kathy Richards.

The report documents 15 community-based anti-corruption initiatives, examining what has worked in anti-corruption programs and investigating why these particular programs have been successful. Given Australian aid programs have a significant interest in supporting anticorruption programs in the region, this research also considered how the lessons learnt could be applied in the Asia-Pacific region.

The research report makes a number of findings and recommendations to guide the work of TI in planning community based anti-corruption activities.
